Is it Wednesday? No? Thursday? What month? September?? You've got be kidding me! About time for a Baby Blog update, huh?

Let’s see – Johnny is now almost 4 months old. He probably weighs about 18 pounds. He is, to put it mildly, immense. He looks like a 9 month old. He’s rolling from back to tummy, but not the other way. Which stinks, since he hates to be on his tummy, and someone has to go roll him back over when he gets stuck.

We finally started him on cereal. The kid was really not doing well in the whole sleeping department (3 – 6 times a night, some nights!), so I decided it was time to try cereal. He loved it (go figure) and he only got up once last night. Yahoo! Yipee! All that!

Overall, Johnny is a joy. The novelty still hasn’t worn off for the other three, so I spend a disproportionate amount of time keeping them from smothering him with kisses. I guess it’s better than the alternative, which is locking up the steak knives. Right?

And, that’s about it. The fourth child has blended seamlessly into the family, and we can’t recall when he wasn’t around.
